Fee questions

When do you take the fee?
Only when a guest pays you: 4% of each payment, deposit and balance alike. Nothing is charged while you set up or between bookings.
Who pays the card processing fees?
We do. They come out of our side, not your 4%.
What if I refund a guest?
Our fee is refunded in the same proportion: refund half the stay and half our fee comes back too.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no subscription and no minimum. Switch your listing off whenever you like.
